At Isma Rafiq, we take great pride in crafting personalised items that are uniquely tailored to your preferences. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we do not offer returns unless they have arrived damaged, as outlined below.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, we're here to make it right. Follow these steps:

1. Photograph the Damage: Within 2 days of receiving the item(s), take clear photographs of the damage.
2. Contact Us: Send the photos to ismajrafiq?gmail.com, along with your order details.
3. Our Review: We'll review the provided images, and if we agree that the item is damaged, we will promptly offer one of the following options:

For all non-personalised items, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange these items for any reason, please follow these guidelines:

1. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund or exchange for non-personalised items.
2. Condition: Ensure that the items are returned in the same condition as when you received them. We cannot process refunds or exchanges for items that are returned in an unsaleable condition.

4. Shipping: Return your item using your preferred shipping method. We recommend using Royal Mail for efficiency. Please note that until we receive the item, we cannot assume responsibility for it.
5. Processing Time: Allow 7-10 working days for us to process your return once we receive it.

• Postage Costs: You are responsible for covering the postage costs for your return unless the item is faulty or received in error. If you encounter any issues, please contact us directly for resolution.
• Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for the same product in a different design.
• Out of Stock Items: If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
• Sale Items: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items purchased during a sale or seconds sale.
